Addition does not reduce available parking to less than three spaces as shown on site plan. Relocation of the of the 10' x 10'
accessory building to meet the required 5' side yard setback will abate the KIB Notice of violation dated June 16, 2015 (*Note: 10' x10'
accessory building does not need a building permit and, as such, is considered minor structural development that is allowed to
project into the rear yard setback per KIBC 17.150.030.2 and Table 1). After -the -fact fee not charged due to violation being created
by previous owned (approved by CDD director).
