1. ROLL CALL
KIBC 2.25.070.... the Chair shall cause the record to reflect the absence of the member, the
REASON for the absence, and whether the absence is excused by the Assembly.
Recommended motion: Move to excuse Assembly member Schroeder who is absent
due to personal leave.
VOICE VOTE ON MOTION.
2. CITIZENS' COMMENTS (These are limited to three minutes per speaker.)
ASK SPEAKERS TO SIGN IN AND STATE THEIR NAME FOR THE RECORD.
3. CONSIDERATION OF MATTERS IN THE CALL FOR THE SPECIAL MEETING
A. EXECUTIVE SESSION To Discuss With The Borough Attorney Potential Assembly
Member Conflicts Of Interest, The Subject Of Which Tends To Prejudice A Person's
Reputation And Character.
Clerk's note: The following motion is applicable when it comes to releasing the
opinion to the public.
Recommended motion: Move to waive
including the attorney-client privilege
communications on conflicts of interest
strategy dated February 13, 2018.

associated to the Borough attorney's
determination and conflicts management
Recommended motion: Move to convene an executive session to discuss with the
Borough Attorney Potential Assembly member conflicts of interest, as such
subjects tend to prejudice a person's reputation and character.
ROLL CALL VOTE ON MOTION.
The Assembly will convene the executive session to discuss perceived conflicts
of interest EXCEPT FOR any discussion that may pertain to Assembly member
Van Daele who requested public discussion. Any discussion that could pertain to
Assembly member Van Daele need to be discussed once you get out of executive
session.

Recommended motion: Move to invite the Borough Mayor, Assembly members,
Borough Manager, Borough Attorney, and Borough Clerk's Staff into executive
session.
VOICE VOTE ON MOTION.
After the vote, Mayor Rohrer recesses the regular meeting and convenes the executive
session.
Upon returning from the executive session, Mayor Rohrer reconvenes the regular
meeting and announces:
• The Assembly discussed with the Borough Attorney potential Assembly member
conflicts of interest, the subject of which tends to prejudice a person's reputation and
character
AND
• No action is to be taken as a result of the executive session
• The Assembly may make a motion if necessary. The Assembly must state the
motion and vote outside of executive session.
4. ADJOURNMENT
Recommended motion: Move to adjourn the meeting.
