Use & Size of Existing Structures: GCI has been contracted to provide internet satellite services to the Native Village
of Port Lions Tribal Association office by installing a 1.8m satellite dish next to Tribal Association Office building.
Description of Proposed Action: GCI will move a 1.8m KuBand satellite dish from the Port Lions School to the Native Village Office.
The dish will be mounted to a non -ground pentrating pedestal within a fenced area next to the building.
A 20x2Oft, 6ft tall chain-link fence will be erected to prevent access to the dish.
Site Plan to include: Lot boundaries and existing easements, existing buildings, proposed location of new construction, access points,
and vehicular parking areas.

-A check made out to Kodiak Island Borough or cash for $30 to pay for this permit (You can send the borough -
addressed check c/o my name and I can take it to the cashier's office)
Then I will add a permit number, sign it, and get everything processed. I am also going to include a copy of the plat we
have on file which shows the lot width calculation of 165 feet. In the PL -Public Use Lands zoning district, the side
setback (17.130.050) is "10 percent of the lot's width but need not exceed 25 feet", so as long as you reconstruct this
satellite dish 16.5' or greater away from the side lot line you should be all set.
