I am also going to include a copy of the plat we have on file which shows the lot width calculation of 165 feet. In the PL -Public Use Lands zoning district, the side setback (17.130.050) is "10 percent of the lot's width but need not exceed 25 feet", so as long as you reconstruct this satellite dish 16.5' or greater away from the side lot line you should be all set.
