KIBC 17.165.050.B.2 states that occupancy for camping area spaces within an RV park that are not served by water and sewer services is limited to 180 days in a 12 -month period. Providing sewer and water services to the remaining spaces brings all spaces in the park up to the standards of KIBC 17.165.040, which lists no limit on the length a space may be occupied. Accordingly, per KIBC 17.165.040, there will be no limit on the length of occupancy for the RV Park's 24 established spaces upon completion of this proposed action.
