RE: Mobilehome space designation(s)
Zoning Compliance Permit CZ97-042 & Building Pen -nit CB97069 were issued in Aug ` 97
which allowed the combination of these two units w/ the construction of a breezeway. At that
time, the property owner made no statement of abandonment of one space, nor did staff in
Community Development Department provide any direction. For tax year 1999, the Assessor's
Dept. deleted Space #16 & combined the values into Space #15 (PID# R10600930150). The
property owner has now obtained a building permit (CB2003-7 dated 7/16/02) for repairs to
Space #16. The Community Development Department has determined that this permit should
have been issued for Space #15, in order to be consistent with the Assessor's records. The
Community Development Department will make a file entry reflecting the abandonment of
Space #16.
