I, JAMIE NEWMAN, City Clerk of the City of Wasilla, a municipal corporation of
the State of Alaska, HEREBY CERTIFY as follows:
1. The City of Wasilla was duly incorporated as a second class city in 1974,
and reclassified as a first class city after a reclassification election held on November 6,
1984.
2. The members of the Wasilla City Council during the period from
January 1, 2016, through the present, and the date of beginning and the date of
expiration of their terms were and now are, as follows:

4. Since October, 2014, Bert Cottle was, and now is, the duly elected,
qualified, and acting Mayor of the City of Wasilla.
5. Since February, 2008, Troy Tankersley was, and now is, the duly
appointed, qualified and acting Finance Director of the City of Wasilla.
6. Since November, 2015, Jamie Newman was, and now is, the duly
appointed, qualified, and acting City Clerk of the City of Wasilla.
7. Since August, 2015, the law firm of Landye Bennett Blumstein LLP was,
and now is, the duly appointed, qualified, and acting City Attorney of the City of Wasilla.
8. Regular meetings of the Wasilla City Council are held on the second and
fourth Monday of each month at Wasilla City Hall, 290 East Herning Avenue, Wasilla,
Alaska.
9. The seal impressed on this certificate is the duly adopted and only official
seal of the City of Wasilla.
