Tab_232I, KRISTIN ERCHINGER, the duly chosen, qualified, and acting Finance Director
of the City of Seward, Alaska (the "City"), acting in my official capacity, DO HEREBY
CERTIFY that, pursuant to Section 16 A.(2) of Resolution No. 2000-094, adopted by the
City on September 11, 2000 (the "Resolution"):
1. I have reviewed the City's Financial Statements for Fiscal Years
2014 and 2015 and, based upon such review, one-half of Pledged
Revenues was equal to at least 1.20 times the maximum Annual
Debt Service required to be paid in any Fiscal Year succeeding the
date of issuance of the City's Harbor Improvement Revenue
Refunding Bond, 2016 ("2016 Bond") on all outstanding Parity
Bonds and the 2016 Bond; and
2. The issuance of the 2016 Bond does not require a greater amount
to be paid out of Pledged Revenues for payment of principal of and
interest on the 2016 Bond then was required for payment of
principal of and interest on the refunded Harbor Improvement
Revenue Refunding Bond, 2007.
All capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings
provided in the Resolution.
