the best of my knowledge and belief, and except as disclosed in the Official Statement
dated October 18, 2016, for the Alaska Municipal Bond Bank General Obligation and
Refunding Bonds, 2016 Series Three and General Obligation and Refunding Bonds, 2016
Series Four (AMT), the City has during the five years preceding the date of this certificate
complied in all material respects with each then applicable undertaking that the City has
entered into under Rule 15c2-12 adopted by the Securities and Exchange Commission
