I, KRISTIN ERCHINGER, Finance Director of the City of Seward, Alaska (the
"Issuer"), HEREBY CERTIFY that:
1. On the date hereof, I caused to be delivered to the Alaska Municipal Bond
Bank (the "Bank") the Issuer's $190,000 Harbor Improvement Revenue Refunding
Bond, 2007 (Replacement Bond) and $1,055,000 Harbor Improvement Revenue
Refunding Bond, 2016 (together, the "Bond").
2. At or before the time of such delivery there was received by the Issuer
$25,536.75.
