I, STEPHEN GIESBRECHT, Borough Manager of the Petersburg Borough,
Alaska (the "Issuer"), HEREBY CERTIFY that:
1. On the date hereof, I caused to be delivered to the Alaska Municipal Bond
Bank (the "Bond Bank") (i) the $465,000 General Obligation School Bond, 2007
Series A; (ii) the $655,000 General Obligation Refunding Bond, 2007 Series B; (iii) the
$670,000 General Obligation Refunding Bond, 2016 Series A (the "2016 Series A
Bond") and the $520,000 General Obligation Refunding Bond, 2016 Series B (the "2016
Series B Bond," and together with the 2016 Series A Bond, the "2016 Bonds"), duly
executed by or on behalf of the Issuer.
2. At or before the time of such delivery there was received by the Issuer (i)
$11,663.31 as full payment for and the total proceeds of the 2016 Bonds, consisting of
the $1,190,000.00 principal amount of the 2016 Bonds plus $127,009.85 of original
issue premium, less the $1,297,890.54 escrow deposit for the Bond Bank General
Obligation Bonds, 2007 Series One, and $7,456.00 allocated to Bond Bank issuance
costs; (ii) the $1,205,000 General Obligation School Bond, 2007 Series A; and (iii) the
$1,185,000 General Obligation Refunding Bond, 2007 Series B.
