I, THOMAS MORAN, City Manager of the City of Nome, Alaska (the "Issuer"), a
municipal corporation of the State of Alaska, HEREBY CERTIFY that:
1. On the date hereof, I caused to be delivered to the Alaska Municipal Bond
Bank (the "Bond Bank") the $800,000 General Obligation Refunding Bond, 2007 Series
A and the $650,000 General Obligation Refunding Bond, 2016 Series A (the "2016
Bond"), duly executed on behalf of the Issuer.
2. At or before the time of such delivery there was received by the Issuer
$5,292.24, as full payment for and the total proceeds of the 2016 Bond, consisting of (i)
the $650,000 principal amount of the 2016 Bond, plus $38,753.00 of original issue
premium, less the $679,577.85 escrow deposit for the Bond Bank General Obligation
Bonds, 2007 Series One, and $3,882.91 allocated to Bond Bank issuance costs; and (ii)
the $1,465,000 General Obligation Refunding Bond, 2007 Series A.
