I, BRYANT HAMMOND, City Clerk of the City of Nome, a municipal corporation
of the State of Alaska, HEREBY CERTIFY as follows:
I. The City of Nome was duly incorporated as a first class city on April 9,
1901.
2. The members of the Nome City Council during the period from January 1,
2016, through the present, and the date of beginning and the date of expiration of their
terms were and now are, as follows:

qualified, and acting Mayor of the City of Nome.
5. Since September 14, 2015, Thomas C. Moran was, and now is, the duly
appointed, qualified, and acting City Manager of the City of Nome.
6. Since September 14, 2015, Bryant Hammond was, and now is, the duly
appointed, qualified, and acting City Clerk of the City of Nome.
7. Since February 1977, Boyd, Chandler & Falconer, LLP, were, and now
are, the duly appointed, qualified, and acting City Attorneys of the City of Nome.
8. Regular meetings of the Nome City Council are held on the second and
fourth Mondays of each month, at 7:00 p.m., at the Name City Hall, 102 Division Street,
Nome, Alaska.
9. The seal impressed on this certificate is the duly adopted and only official
seal of the City of Name.
