I, ROBERT E. NEWELL, JR., Finance Director of City of Ketchikan, Alaska (the
"City"), DO HEREBY CERTIFY that I have delivered to the Alaska Municipal Bond Bank or its
duly appointed agent, the City's General Obligation Bond, 2016 (Harbor Improvements), in the
principal amount of $1,765,000 (the "Bond"), dated November 3, 2016. I further certify that at
the time of such delivery I received payment for the Bond, as follows:
Principal of Bond $ 1,765,000.00
Plus: Premium 252,887.30
Less: Underwriter's Discount (6,033.76)
Less: Net Bond Bank Costs of Issuance (1,470.49)
Total Amount to be received by the City $ 2,010,383.05
