I, HANSEL L. MATH LAW, Finance Director of the City of Bethel, Alaska (the
"Issuer"), HEREBY CERTIFY that:
1. On the date hereof, I caused to be delivered to the Alaska Municipal Bond
Bank (the "Purchaser") the Issuer's $175,000 Lease Revenue Refunding Bond,
2007 (Alaska Municipal Bond Bank Loan) (Replacement Bond) and $2,000,000
Lease Revenue Refunding Bond, 2016 (the "Bond").
2. At or before the time of such delivery there was received by the Issuer
$18,111.35.
