The principal of and interest on the Bonds will not constitute a debt or liability or constitute a pledge or loan of the faith and credit of the State. The Bone Bank is obligated to pay the principal of and interest on the Bonds only from revenues and funds pledged to the payment of the Bonds and the State is not obligated to pay such principal or interest and neither the faith and credit nor the taxing power of the State is pledged thereto.
