11 BOROUGH RATIFYING AND CERTIFYING THE RESULTS OF THE
12 MUNICIPAL ELECTION HELD ON OCTOBER 4, 2016

14 WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough held a Regular Election on October 4, 2016, at

33 WHEREAS, the ballot proposition below was presented to Service Area No. 1 voters and to
34 voters who are registered in the area proposed to be added to Service Area No. 1.

37 Shall the boundary of Service Area No. 1 be altered by the addition of Lot 6 and Lot 7A of
38 Block 5, and Lot 1, Lot 2 and Lot 3 of Block 6 Monashka Bay Subdivision and Tract B Miller
