and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby
acknowledged, by these presents conveys, grants, bargains, sells, assigns and sets
over unto Manuel de Santiago, of PO Box 410, Kodiak, Alaska, 99615, Buyer, and
Buyer's successors and assigns thereof, ail of Seller's right, title and interest in and to

before October 15, 2016:

Buyer, and Buyer's assigns and other successors in interest thereto, FOREVER.
Owner/Seller covenants and agrees to and with the Buyer that
Owner/Seller is the sole owner of the personal property so described, and has the

liens or other encumbrances except as otherwise provided herein.
