The trailer is a stick framed wall with sheet metal siding and sheet metal roof with a 3" spray urethane coating on top of the roof, a portion of the foam has been remove from the back of the trailer then a layer of Bituthane Ice and Water has been applied to the existing roof surface. The interior walls have fiberglass batt insulation and wood paneling throughout the trailer with one small wall with sheetrock covering. All the ceilings have a cellulose paneling ceiling, with a sheetrock lid in the bathroom. Floor coverings are a mix of newer sheet vinyl and older sheet vinyl (brand and style have been previously tested with no hazardous materials found), Carpet.
