Payment schedule will be at minimum every two weeks. All invoices must be paid within 5 business days. Work anticipated on existing structure is to install a door between existing boiler room and garage; install a hallway opening from upper living area in to the new addition hallway. Also, remove one -bedroom window and drywall patch the hole with painting done by owner. LS Construction LLC estimates this project to be approximately 4 to 5 month's long from start to finish given that we don't have adverse acts of weather, material delays, sub -contractor delays, change orders that result in delays, funding delays, Building official plan review delays or major medical issues within the LS Construction crew. We will work diligently to complete this project in a timely manner. Anticipated times to take a several days off are based on the Kodiak school schedule for Holidays so families can spend time together. LS Construction is ready to start as of October 19th with foundation work however if funding is not available yet LS Construction must keep crew working on other small projects until funding is available so the crew has a paycheck and can feed families. Small projects may take time to complete. If LS Construction has delays out of our direct control then time frame may need to be extended. While subcontractors are on the project completing their phases and LS construction is waiting for them to complete projects we reserve the right to go work on other small projects between.
