Description of Proposed Action: Placement of an 8' x 20' conex office trailer (accessory building) to serve as a landfill customer
service building. Building will be placed on an engineered concrete foundation next to the existing landfill scales as shown on the
attached site plan. Building is allowed to encroach 34' into the required 50' front yard setback per approved variance (P&Z Case No.
17-010).
