Use & Size of Existing Structures: 9 space Mobile Home Park (MHP). This MHP is a conforming land use. This MHP does not meet
the development standards of Chapter 17.115 KIBC (Mobile home parks) and contains structures that do not meet the separation re-
quirements of KIBC 17.15.090 (Mobile home spaces), both of which are legal nonconformities per Chapter 17.140 KIBC.
Description of Proposed Action: Reconfiguration of 3 vacant spaces (Nos. 6, 7, and 8) as shown on attached site plan. This
reconfiguration satisfies the requirements of KIBC 17.115.090 (Mobile home spaces) for those spaces and is a step towards conformity
with the requirements of Chapter 17.115 KIBC (Mobile Home Parks).
Site Plan to include: Lot boundaries and existing easements, existing buildings, proposed location of new construction, access points,
and vehicular parking areas.
