1916 Mill Bay Road Trailer (#2) — No Suspected Materials Found
This Trailer is a 46' x 10' Single wide trailer with three bedrooms, one bath, on a plywood skirted temporary
foundation. The trailer has stick framed walls with sheet metal siding and sheet metal roof with a silver seal coat on
top (appears to be recently done). Trailer interior is wood paneling walls throughout the trailer with fiberglass
insulation and Cellulose ceiling panels. Floors have been covered with a new 1-1/2" overlay with 1" pink board
insulation.
Additions: (4' x 5' entry) (8'x 8' storage) (10 X12' bedroom) (10'x 12' bedroom) The additions similarly built with
wood farmed walls and ceiling with sheetrock interior wall coverings Floors are carpet with pad and wood floors.
Roofs are 901b rolled roofing.
