MONASHKA BAY ROAD SERVICE AREA
MBRSA is a resident -managed road maintenance and snow removal service area; it also has some
administrative responsibility for a Greenbelt separating MBRSA residents from the adjacent KIB Landfill
and a privately -owned landfill/development... Please help us keep our neighborhood safe and our air, land
and water healthy!
1. Call to Order & Roll Call by Tom Lance at 7:08pm. Supervisors present: A Dano, R
Spivey, T Lance, S Blain. No public in attendance
2. Open Forum none
3. Approval of Agenda Motion to approve RS, second AD, motion nassed
4. Approval of Minutes from 12-9-2015 Regular Meeting Motion to approve by RS
second by AD, motion passed
5. Reports — Updates by T Lance - Greenbelt Ordinance revision & Lot 2 sale
potential reduced; New Supervisor (Summer Blain); Landfill waste water trtmt
plant air pump noise reduction is planned per Dave Conrad
6. Unfinished Business Light at three sister pond, Andy will call KEA for installation and
cost of light.
7. New Business Post to install damaged monashka way sign is with Andy

ENTERPRISES, INC. contract for Road
Maintenance and Repairs Services for Monashka
Bay Road Service Area, for additional one year.

8. Board Comments: Andy - Better communication between Brechan and their operators
on work orders. Tom, Randy, Andy - Welcome to Summer to MBRSA. Try to tackle
more tasks on the work priority list, and still lower tax mill rate next fall.
