Plat / Subdivision Requirements? Site Plan shows 2 off-street parking spaces per MHP space as required by KIBC 17.115.060.
This MHP is a legal nonconforming land use. Per KIBC 17.140.085.A (sunsets on 12/31/2018), only mobile homes that must vacate MHPs
resulting from a change of land use and notices issued under AS 34.03.225 may be relocated to this MHP. Placement of such MHRs in
MHP spaces must meet the requirements listed in KIBC 17.140.085.B. The MHR being placed in new space 8B is being relocated from
Jackson's MHP and meets all of those requirements.
