itional 30' x 100' (3,000 sq. ft.) mobile home spaces (spaces 17 and 30). This action increases the total spaces from 45 to 47, but does
not change the existing land use or increase total square footage of the mobile home park. This action reduces the available play area
in the park to 5,262 sq. ft. which exceeds the 50 sq. ft. per space requirement of KIBC 17.115.100 (47 x 50 =2,350 sq. ft. required).

Plat / Subdivision Requirements? The provided site plan shows the 29 space park expansion area (7 spaces in Lot 1, Jacobsen Sub-
division and 22 spaces in Tract U, USS 3218) approved by CUP (P&Z Case No. 15-025). That expansion is not authorized by this zoning
compliance permit. Zoning compliance for that expansion may not be issued until all CUP conditions of approval have been satisfied.
Should the applicant satisfy all conditions of approval and obtain zoning compliance for that expansion, the available play area in the ex-
panded park will exceed the 50 sq. ft. per space requirement of KIBC 17.115.100 (76 x 50 = 3,800 sq. ft. required/9,637 sq. ft. provided).
