FY2016-02 A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY REESTABLISHING THE FEES OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH WHEREAS, prudent financial management dictates that an organization review its fees on an annual basis; and WHEREAS, Kodiak Island Borough Code 3.10.190 ordains that all fees should be reviewed on an annual basis; and WHEREAS, it is recognized that if a service or program benefits only a select individual or group of individuals, those individuals or group of individuals should pay for the service; and WHEREAS, staff has compiled a list of all current fees; and WHEREAS, staff has recommended changes to the current fee schedule for fiscal year 2016 as shown on the attached exhibit.
