depicted in original site plan. Space 19 is reconfigured from original plan to incorporate a portion of play area and park street walkway
as depicted in attached amended site plan. As configured, both spaces are of sufficient width and length to accommodate placement of
a mobile home to meet the separation distance and off-street parking requirements of KIBC 17.115.090 and 17.115.060.

all separation distance and off-street parking requirements of KIBC 17.115.090 and 17.115.060 are satisfied. Allowing mobile homes to be
placed in MHPs established prior to June 5, 1980 that do not conform to certain development standards when the MHP is a conforming
land use is consistent with Chapter 17.140 KIBC and past CDD practice. Since 3/23/1990, CDD has issued zoning compliance to allow at
least 16 mobile homes to be placed in MHPs zoned R3 that were established prior to June 5, 1980 (Clark, Cove, and Jackson's MHPs).
