Plat/ Subdivision Requirements? Off-street parking calculation = 3 spaces for outdoor storage and 3 spaces for offices for a total
off-street parking requirement of 6 spaces. The 6 spaces must include a 10' x 30' loading and a handicapped accessible van space.
Applicant must provide screening as per P&Z Case No. 15-001: a 25' buffer of natural vegetation extending inward from the outer
boundaries of old Parcel A (B zoned portion) that do not abut Rezanof Drive West shall be retained as screening. This permit applies to
