2. Roll Call: T Lance A Dano R Spivey
3. Open Forum: Resident asks about culverts repairs and who's responsible
for the repairs and cost. Also it was noted that our board member A Dano
was filling some of the pot holes by hand and complimented him on a good
job.
4. Approval of agenda: Motion to approve agenda made by R Spivey Sec by A
Dano, Motion passed.
5. Approval of minutes from: 12-17-2014 Regular meeting. Motion made by R
Spivey to approve minute's sec by A Dano, motion passed.
6. Reports: Mirror on Three sisters and Monashka way is working nicely to
warn of oncoming traffic, sign damage at same road. New post for signs
will be procured.

Public Hearing: Fiscal Year 2016 Annual Work Program Budget
Presentation of budget & concerns , fiscal year 2016 and Fiscal Year 2016
Annual Work Program (July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2016)
Board Action: Motion to by two bags of calcium chloride for dust control
made by R Spivey Second by A Dano motion passed.
Motion to approve Annual work plan made by A Dano and second by T
Lance, motion passed.
Motion to approve BREACHAN ENTERPRISES, INC. contract for road
Maintenance and Repair Services for Monashka Bay Road Service Area for
additional one year. Made by T Lance second by A Dano, motion passed.
Election of new Board Officers: Chair Motion for Tom Lance to chair by A
Dano second by R Spivey, motion passed. Motion for A Dano for Vice Chair
by R Spivey second by T Lance, Motion passed. Motion for R Spivey Secre-
tary by T Lance second by A Dano, motion passed.
