CALL TO ORDER
CHAIR SALTONSTALL called to order the December 22, 2015 Regular Meeting at 7:02
p.m.
ROLL CALL
Confirmed attendance was Dale Stratton but due to not having a quorum was told not to
drive into town.
Committee members present was Patrick Saltonstall. Absent was Helm Johnson,
Sharon Wolkoff, Marnie Leist, and Dale Stratton. Ex-officio members absent were Frank
Peterson, Ron Bryant, Alan Schmitt, and Corey Gronn.
A quorum was not established.
Staff present was Sheila Smith.
ADJOURNMENT
Due to a lack of quorum the meeting was adjourned at 7: 03 .m.
