Tyler on January 17, 1962. A Quitclaim Deed signed, notarized, and dated July 15, 1976. No recorded subdivision plats have been located. We are able to remove the lot lines on the Kodiak base map and restore lots 18 & 19, as they are currently platted if that is what you would like us to do. Otherwise, we can leave the map the way that it is, which appears to have been modified as a convenience to the owner based on the 1962 unrecorded survey. Any other change will require a modification to be appropriately reviewed through the appropriate platting process.
