After looking into the subdivision of Lots 18 & 19, Block 3, Leite Addition, the only documents
that have information is a survey that was done by Hugh B. Tyler on January 17, 1962. A
Quitclaim Deed signed,1notarized, and dated July 15, 1976. No recorded subdivision plats have
been located. We are able to remove the lot lines on the Kodiak base map and restore lots 18 &
19, as they are currently platted if that is what you would like us to do. Otherwise, we can leave
the map the way that it is, which appears to have been modified as a convenience to the owner
based on the 1962 unrecorded survey. Any other change will require a modification to be
appropriately reviewed through the appropriate platting process.

and wife, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS

Lot 18 and Lot 19, Block 3, LEITE ADDITION;
thence N 59°52'16"E, 50.04 ft. along the
northerly right-of-way of Mission Road to
the common corner of Lot 17 and Lot 19: thence
N 34°43'159W, 9.00 ft. along the line common
to Lot 17 and Lot 18; thence S 59°17'44"W, 50.00
ft. to the lino common to Lot 18 and Lot 19;
thence S 34°43'l8"0, 8.50 ft. along the afore-
said line to the true point of beginning,
containing 437 square feet more or leas.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all and
'ingularithe appurtenances and privileges thereunto belonging
or in anywise appertaining, and all the right, title, interest,
estate and claim whatsoever of the said Grantors to the use and
benefit of the Grantee, its suet re and assigns forever.
