After looking into the subdivision of Lots 18 & 19, Block 3, Leite Addition, the only documents
that have information is' a survey that was done by Hugh B. Tyler on January 17, 1962. A
Quitclaim Deed signed,Inotarized, and dated July 15, 1976. No recorded subdivision plats have
been located. We are able to remove the lot lines on the Kodiak base map and restore Lots 18 &
19, as they are currently platted if that is what you would like us to do. Otherwise, we can leave
the map the way that it is, which appears to have been modified as a convenience to the owner
based on the 1962 unrecorded survey. Any othe? change will require a modification to be
appropriately reviewed through the appropriate platting process.
I am enclosing copies of the documents that I have along with a copy of the original plat (43-1).
