Dear Mrs. Kotula:
Per our telephone conversation, the other day, it is my under-
standing that you need a letter from my office certifying that
Mr. Vito Kalcic can build a house on the lot that he owns which
is below the legal minimum lot size of 7,200 square feet, (Lot
6, Block 1 Leite Addition).
The P --&---Z Commission,- -in-their regular meeting of April_ 20, 1977,_
granted Mr. Kalcic a lot .= size variance for Lot 6, Block 1,- -Leite
Addition. This means Mr. Kalcic can build a house on the above
lot even though the lot is below the minimum lot size of 7,200
square feet.
In regards to Loit 5, Block 1 Leite Addition, we have no record
of the ..P & Z Commission granting Mr. Kalcic a lot size variance.
It is,my understanding that Mr. Kalcic obtained a building permit
last year, 1976, to build a family dwelling on Lot 5. The house
is completed and' the P & Z Commission has no intention of taking
any action against Mr. Kalcic.
