Association, Inc., the Grantee, an easement and right-of-way with
the right, privilege,- and authority to construct: reconstruct;
maintain: repair; operate; inprove: cut, trim, remove, and control
the growth of trees, shrubs, and other vegetation on oradjoining
said lands which, in the judgement of Grantee, might interfere with,
threaten, or endanger the operation and maintenance of said line or
system; and update an underground electrical distribution lino and
the appurtenances thereto (hereinafter 'the facilities') on and
under the real property described as:

Grantee hereby agrees for itself, its successors, and assigns,
to indemnify and hold Grantor harmless from any and ell claims,
damages, or liabilities arising out of Grantee's use of the fore-
going easement.
