3. I agree to stage only one transport trailer on the property at a time (no staging of multiple full
or empty trailers).
4. During my clean-up activities, I agree to bring no other junk onto the property other than junk
vehicles or other junk containers to be used as transport containers for scrap material
removed from the property, and I understand that my use of any such junk vehicle/junk
container as a transport container is restricted to the following;
a) Any junk vehicle brought onto the property will meet the ownership and any destruction/
disposal requirements prescribed by the State of Alaska Department of Administration
Division of Motor Vehicles.
b) Prior to bringing any junk vehicle onto the property, all fluids from said vehicle must have
been drained and properly disposed of as required by local, state, and federal
regulations.
c) Prior to bringing a junk vehicle/junk container onto the property for use as a transport
container, any and all other junk vehicles/junk containers located on the property prior to
the commencement of clean-up activities must have been removed from the property or
loaded onto a transport trailer in preparation for their removal from the property.
d) Only one junk vehicle/junk container may be bought onto the property and used as a
transport container at a time (no staging of multiple junk vehicles/junk containers on the
property unless filled and loaded onto a transport trailer).
e) Any junk vehicle/junk container brought onto the property must be actively used as a

extenuating circumstances the may delay my clean-up activities on this property.
