The Commissioners unanimously approved. sioner Kraft made the motion to submit the Subdivision Ordinances to the Assembly. Seconded by Commissioner Smith and carried by a voice vote. was a discussion -en the present parking Ordinances and the possibility of ing them to a more realistic use. sioner Smith presented a proposal for a variance in Block 19; Loti 45;-44 '47 to build an apartment building to have a net north of approximately $150,000. variance was required since the apartments would be:located in:.the-proper-zone-. this _type of building e .. _-- . sioner Smith also presented for comment a resubdivision of Lot 11 Block 3 Townsite. sioner Lamme did not like the shape of the lots as subdivided. Mr. Jim Barr ed the proposal meets all of our proposed subdivision ordinance requirements Tecommended preliminary approval. CO. Olsen presented for approval the subdivision of Block 5 Lots 4, 5, and 6 the Leite Addition to 2 lots of 75' x 341. sioner Sutliff made the motion to approve Mr. Olsen's request to resubdivide 4, 5, and 6 of Block 5 of the Leite Addition. The location is Block/9, Lots 45, 46 and 47, located across from the City Dock Road and surrounded on three sides by unsubdivided public lands. This property is now zoned residential. Thank you.
