Gentlemen:

As I am thinking along the lines of building an apartment house
of at least 10 units, to have a net worth of approximately $150,000,
I request a variance in order to complete plans.
The location is Block/9, Lots 45, 46 and 47, located across from
the City Dock Road and surrounded on three sides by unsubdivided
public lands.
This property is now zoned residential.
