Planning & Zoning Commission
Kodiak Island Borough
Kodiak, Alaska
Dear Sirs;
Mr. Bruce Smith has applied for a Building Permit and said application
I find to be in order in all respects except the necessary rear yard.
In view of the exceptional slope to this lot, and in the further view that Mr.
Smith's plan is the only, practical way to develop this lot,I recommend a
variance be granted in this instance under Section 20, Para. A, Page
23 of the Ordinance.
Very truly yours,
CLI.Y OF KODIAK
