Dear Mr. Hill:
I am writing you with regard to a zoning violation complaint received by the
Community Development Department on February 14, 1985. The complaint states
that an addition was constructed to your residence located at 311 Cope Street,
Lot 33, Block 19, without your first obtaining a building permit and zoning
compliance. I have reviewed the permit files, and I have found no building
permit or zoning compliance for the addition.
In our meeting on February 19,. 1985, you provided me with a statement that the
addition was constructed,in July of 1979 by' John Lucas. A follow-up investi-
gation was conducted in which Mr. Lucas verbally verified this construction
date. As a result of this investigation, ,i t__ is- my -_determination -that-=this,

You should be aware that either you or the complainant may appeal this
administrative decision by "filing with the Community Development Department a
written notice of appeal specifically stating the reason for appeal and the
relief sought" within ten days of the mailing of this notice of this decision.
