KODIAK TWNST BK 1 LT 18 & 18A - Code Enforcement (2)Martin Lydick From: Lori Demi Sent: Tuesday, July 12, 2005 8:53 AM To: Duane Dvorak; Martin Lydick Subject: 510 Mission Road ti { Would one of you guys give Phillip Ferris a call at 986-3740, concerning the property at 510 Mission Road (R1340010190). Evidently when the bridge was built part of his property was used, now he is trying to sell the 'rest but can't due to size and not being able to build anything on the land. This note is intended to be a courtesy notice advising you of an open enforcement action currently pending against the property. This office received a written complaint of derelict vehicles and accumulated junk on March 206, 2001. Per borough policy, we investigated the circumstances giving rise to the complaint and concluded that the allegations were merited. We therefore initiated an enforcement action with the purpose of getting the property into a state of compliance. Although we have been working with the current property owner, no resolution has been achieved. This enforcement action attaches to the property and remains in place, regardless of ownership changes subsequent to the initial date of commencement.
