F. Open storage. Any storage shall not be located closer than twenty-five (25) feet to any
street right-of-way. Any storage shall be enclosed with a fence acceptable to the commission.
Whenever lumber, coal or other combustible material is stored, a roadway shall be provided,
graded and maintained from the street to the rear of the property to permit free access for fire
trucks at any time.
G. Screening. Where an industrial use is adjacent to and within one hundred (100) feet of a
residential use or zone, that industry shall provide screening as approved by the commission.
