For clarification of item 1 of the transmitted letter - "Property

building lot, an assumed line between buildings on the same site,

relocating of existing buildings on subject lots. This office has

to Lot 17B as shown in red color. This building is a one family dwelling and
future use is proposed to be the same.
. Lot 17A and that portion of Lot 17B asshown by hatch marks on the enclosed plot

IVB.: Communications and Appearance Requests
A. Special Request - Ronald Fadaof. Commissioner Juelson moved granting
request for public hearing. Commissioner Urie seconded. Voice vote approved
unanimously, with Commissioner Best abstaining.
Special Request - Bea Nachtweih. Mr. Best disqualified himself. Commissioner
Urie moved tentative approval providing final plat be presented as. approved
by Borough Engineer. Commissioner Edris seconded. Commissioner Urie withdrew
motion and further moved that requirement for single building per lot be
suspended for building permit, subject to early presentation of final plat
as approved by Borough Engineer. Commissioner Edris seconded. Voice vote
was unanimous,
. Petition - Robert and Helen Hall. Petition was read by Ir. Barr. Commissioner
Best moved that the petition be approved subject to revision so as to include
Block 5 of South East Addition No. 2. Seconded by Commissioner Anderson
and carried unanimously.

for rezoning. Commissioner Urie seconded. Voice vote was unanimous.

approval for public hearing subject to submission of plat suitable for filing.
Commissioner Best seconded. Roll call vote was unanimous.
Fred Brechan - Exceptions. Commissioner Cornelius disqualifed himself.
Commissioner Erie appointed Acting Chairman. The letter from Fred Brechan
was read by Mr. Barr. A drawing of the area was shown. Commissioner Anderson
moved approval for public hearing on both requests. Commissioner Best
seconded. Voice vote was unanimous.
