KODIAK TWNST BK 16 LT 13C - As-Built SurveyMartin I need a determination of side and front setbacks and whether or not a above grade deck (about 8 ft high) can encroach into that setback. Got a complaint from the owner of lot 13A. The deck is on 13C. I'm including the file with plans but I don't see where we issued a permit for it. I remember going up there once a long time ago. Any help will be appreciated. You can keep a copy of the asbuilt that I made for your files.
