Be advised that on friday, May 31, 2002 it was brought to my
attention that your contractor (Arndt) was dumping on my property
Lot 13 Elock 2 Kodiak Townsite. This concrete and rebar was being
relocated from your cannery on Shelikof to my lot.
I spoke to the driver of the truck who seemed to' be unaware that
he was trespassing. At any rate the dumping ceased after I spoke
to him.
I called you monday, June 3, 2002 and told you that",you did not have
permission to dump on my property.and at your suggestion that you
be given one week to remove all of the dumped material. That week
and that time will be up on June 10th, 2002.
You should be aware that an employee of the Kodiak Island Borough
(Community Development) inspected the dumped material on friday,
May 31, 2002.
Inasmuch as you are on my property for each week past June 10th,
2002 I will be forced to charge you rent of $1,00,0 per week plus
City Sales Tax of $30.00 per week or a total of S1 ,030.00 per week.
I thought I would be flexible and cooperative by GIVING you a week
to remove the dumped material and when I spoke to you today on the
telephone you said you needed more time. I now believe the only
solution will be to charge you rent for space as you are a tennant
and not of my choosing.
