FEB 1983 o_ Ran v G senait 1. Dear Will: Enclosed is an application on behalf of Robert!H. Hunt to rezone certain property that he owns from R-3 to' business. Also, as I explained in pur'telephone coiiversa- tion, he will be requesting a vacation of the lb t line between Lots 5 and 6. However, as Lot.5 currently is zoned business, it seems necessary that Lot 6 be rezoned business so that the combined', parcel would have the same zoning designation. As to whether the rezoning'needs to be com- pleted prior to the vacation,of the lot line, I leave in your capable hands, but it seems logical to me'that'tboth matters could proceed simultaneously. Please notify.me as to when this request will be heard by:the .commission-and..I> will; -attend the work -_session and: the public meeting. If you have any questions, do not hesitate 'to call me. Best regards. Very truly yours, HARTIG, RHODES, NORMAN, MAHONEY & EDWARDS Kodiak Island Borough Kodiak, Alaska By: ,RECEIVED C.
