Your Land Sale contract has been executed by this Division and sent for recording. Once the recorded
contract has been returned, the original contract will be forwarded to you for your records.
The contract was executed at the rate of 7.25 percent per annum. Based on this rate your monthly
payment will be $181.69 for 15 years. The first payment is due June 16, 2003. Contracts with a
monthly payment "schedule do not receive a courtesy billing notice.
In compliance with the provisions of Federal Regulation Z - Truth in Lending, the total amount
financed is $19,900.00. If the payments are made on time during the duration of the loan, the total
value of the payments, principal (including down payment), and interest will be 833,804.20.
Please be advised that your lot may be subject to various types_of easements such as utility or public
access. Construction of improvements (dwellings) within these easements must not restrict their intended
