add Two (2) of Block One (1) Miller Point First Addition U.S. Survey No. 3463
are nw classified as unclassified aid
MERCK, the Kodiak Isiah Borough Planning aid naming Camdssicn has
been petitioned by Donald J. Arndt for the reclassification of said property
Iran unclassified to business and has stated in his petition that he has
had a business located in this area for the last four and one -half (4 -1/2) years
and wishes to expand and the Placating 6 Zoning Cannission having conside red
the petition and having held a public hearing thereon on May 28, 1969, and
having determined that there is need for additional areas for business expansion
in the area and that there were re objections free the su rranding residents
9440 were properly notified o f the public hearing and the rezoning is not contrary
to the objectives of the comprehensive plan and it having been determined that
the public necessity, convenience general welfare and goad zoning practice
requires such reclassification
