Mr. Ken Covey Called and informed me that he would be coming up to obtain a building permit for his Church's plans to construct a covered play area on lot l-, block 2 Holland Acres Subdivision. When.Mr. Covey came by to obtain his permit it was pointed out to him: by myself that the setback requirements as proposed are not,in conformance with present. Ordinances. Upon further investigation at the site of the proposed construction if was found that: 1. Construction had commenced prior to the issuance of a building permit. 2. The present sideyard and rear yard setbacks are in violation of present zoning ordinance (see attached photographs) I called Mr. Covey and informed him of these violations. He stated that the contruction was performed by "eager beavers who jumped the gun." He also understands that the building will have to be re- located on his lot in order to conform with present zoning. ordinances. Mr. Covey stated he would get together with his contractor and be back with a revised plot plan. Further construction of this project has ceased until a building permit is issued. Violat Number fr .
