This set -back exception is requested due to the fact that a
recent survey has brought to light that the house is built closer to
the street than the presently required 25 feet. This difference although
amounting to mere inches would present a hardship when the house is offered
for sale.
Therefore, this exception is required as a matter of record.

from the Bank regarding the two violations.,
