Your Land Sale contract has been executed by this Division and sent for recording. Once the recorded
contract has been returned, the original contract will be forwarded to you for your records.
The contract was executed at the rate of 7.25 percent per annum. Based on this rate your quarterly
payment will be 5285.37 for 5 years. The first payment is due August 19, 2003.
In compliance with the provisions of Federal Regulation Z - Truth in Lending, the total amount
financed is $4,750.00. If the payments are made on time during the duration of the loan, the total
